Privacy policy

Mail Triage is a personal tool. Its only user is its owner, and it processes only the owner's own Google account data.

What it accesses

• Gmail (read-only): message headers and text, used to decide which emails need the owner's attention. It never sends, modifies or deletes email.
• Google Calendar (events): it adds events the owner was invited to by email to the owner's own calendar.

What it stores

Message IDs and short triage notes (category, priority, reason), on the owner's own computer. Email bodies are not stored.

Sharing

Data is not sold or shared with anyone. Excerpts of emails are sent to the owner's own AI model account solely to classify them. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored triage notes are deleted on request by the owner.
